Sports Peformance (Coaches)

•At ATP, thrive on improving the performances of the athletes and the teams you coach. We also
would like to the coaches become better coaches. We do this through:
• Training athletes:
Whether you have a particular individual or an entire team. We will train your athletes. Our goal is to increase
their performance and reduce their injury risk. The result of this is more time on the playing field. We will
work with you to determine what areas need to be addressed in designing training programs.
• Assessments/
Testing: We will come and test/assess your athletes to determine what their strengths and weaknessess our as well as
determine any biomechanical detrements that may affect their performance.
• Consulting: An ATP
professional will observe your team in action. Programs will be desinged based on what was discovered from the observations.
• Workshops/Seminars; Coaches and athletes get a chance to learn that latest and most effective ways
to train, sports nutrtition, general physiology, as well as many other topics.
• Speed and Conditioning
Camps: Make sure your athletes are ready for the upcoming season. Send them to a week long ATP speed and conditioning
camp.
