ATP offers numerous training options to meet your specific needs and fit your busy schedule and budget!

Individual Training

With this option you will receive the highest level of training specificity, schedule flexibility,and personal attention. A personal training program will be specifically tailored your goals and needs.

Partner Training

Studies show that people are more likely to adhere to an exercise program when they workout with a partner. Plus, this cost effective option will allow you to reach your goals while training with a friend, spouse or co-worker!

Small Group Training (3-5 persons)

Boost morale and competitive spirit when training with a group of friends, colleagues or others with similar goals and schedules!  An ATP professional will guide each member of the group toward their individual fitness goals.

     We utilize a detailed assessment of each our clients to get a picture of their biomechanical strengths and weaknesses.  From there we progress you along with your physiological adaptations and improve you in the areas of: posture, joint mechanics, mobility, balance, stability, strength and cardiovascular health.

We don't just focus on the aesthetics, we focus on improving your functional movement!
