Welcome to All Things Physical online personal training. Together we will work towards achieving all of your health and fitness goals from the convenience of your computer. Your individualized online training program will be based on your goals and fitness levels developed by our nationally certified personal trainers. 
Here's how it works...After completing a thorough fitness assessment we will develop a weekly training program complete with workout video demonstrations and easy to follow instructions. The training programs that we will create will be delivered right to your computer and will be fully printable.

You will receive a comprehensive fitness program that is  designed based on your individual goals, health and orthopedic history, exercise experience and current fitness levels. As a member, you will receive a training calender that will layout your whole month for you. What days to workout, what type of workout and when to rest. Programs will include videos, pictures, and description of exercises.
