Assessments- Athletes
will be taking through a thorough assessment that is highlighted by a functional movement screen. This movement screen
will tell the ATP professional if any muscle imbalnces, postural concerns, and injury risks.
Training
- Our training programs consist of both work in the weight room as well as on fields or track. Our programs
are designed to improve dynamic flexibility, core and total body strength, explosive power, speed, agility, quickness,
and reaction time.
Training Options :• Individual Training
• Small Group (2 - 5)
