Our Approach
We want to keep our athletes a step ahead of the competion. To do this we focus on improving an individuals dynamic
athletic ability. In addition to improving athletic performance, the ATP protocol also focuses heavily on injury prevention.
By improving such qualities as core strength and dynamic flexibility we’re able to help our athletes avoid many of the
types of injuries that relegate their opponents to the disabled list. The improved body control, increased strength and freedom
of movement they gain from the program all translate into more playing time and greater productivity.
